These Terms and Conditions  applies with respect to the usage of the Services (defined hereinafter) and the services offered by Careerpedia Edutech Private Limited, (“we” or “us”), a private limited company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, as amended. Careerpedia Edutech Private Limited services, such as courses, content, Mentor support, training platforms, and activities (collectively the Service) and website admin@careerpedia.co. These terms apply to our applications, website, WhatsApp groups, Facebook groups, social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram.
These Terms constitute an electronic record in accordance with the provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011 thereunder, as amended from time to time.
PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY AS THEY CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, REMEDIES AND OBLIGATIONS. THESE INCLUDE VARIOUS LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS, AND A DISPUTE RESOLUTION CLAUSE THAT GOVERNS HOW DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED.  

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Site or using our services by enrolling in any training program offered by Careerpedia Edutech Private Limited, the user (you) signify that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms (in the manner provided for specifically).
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL CONDITIONS/CLAUSES CAPTURED IN THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE PLATFORM OR SERVICES.
We reserve the right to modify and update these Terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Service(s) provided to Candidates

Careerpedia Edutech Private Limited provides scheduled case studies, projects, and assignments to give you domain experience and a holistic understanding of the subjects. Explore a range of courses designed to equip you with industry-relevant skills:
  • Frontend Development
  • Full-stack Development
  • Data Science
  • Data Analytics
  • Advanced QA Testing
  • Advanced UI/UX
These Courses are provided in three stages:

Stage -1: Course Completion Stage:

A Candidate has to finish his/her course within the time period of the course. A Candidate can upgrade the course after they join a certain program, based on availability. They can pay the respective fees for the course and can continue with the course.  

Stage -2: Live Projects Stage:

After completion of the course, candidates are expected to take up the projects given by  the mentors. Project privacy details cannot be shared to the candidates and only they can  work on the projects to gain certain experience in real world scenarios. Projects have to  be finished within 1 month.

Stage -3:  Placement Assistance Stage:

  • After completion of the projects, candidates will enter into the placement assistance where they can be accessed to certain services by our Company for 1 year. Post one year,  candidates will not be given any placement assistance.
  • In total, a Candidate can expect the services by the company from the joining  date to the course completion date, then 1 Month live project + 1 year placement assistance. Post this period, a Candidate course access will be removed and will not be eligible for placement assistance.

There are three modes of course learning i.e., Offline, Online, Hybrid.

i. Offline Mode:

Candidates are on boarded for the offline mode. After the onboarding session, Candidates can  start their course. Candidates are expected to come to the office in their respective batch timings. Mentorship will be provided in the office. After the course completion, if they  clear the eligibility criteria for placement assistance, then they will enter into our 1year  placement assistance, where the Candidate gets on boarded into the placement tool to apply  for their desired jobs.
Any Candidate willing to extend the time duration needs to pay the additional monthly cost  as in the cost mentioned in the terms and conditions on the website.
Candidates can convert from offline to online in between the courses if needed.

ii. Online Mode:

Candidates are on boarded for the online mode. After the onboarding session, Candidates can  start their course. Candidates are expected to login daily and finish up the daily schedule.  Candidates can post their doubts in the respective community groups to clarify them. Once in a while, Candidates can come to the office if they want to.
After the course completion, if they clear the eligibility criteria for placement assistance,  then they will enter into our 1-year placement assistance, where the Candidate gets on  boarded into the placement tool to apply for their desired jobs.
A Candidate can convert online to offline in 15 days from the date of course access given. Post the completion of 15 days duration the Candidate cannot convert from online to offline.

iii. Hybrid Mode:

Candidates are on boarded for the hybrid mode. After the onboarding session, Candidates can  start their course. Candidates are expected to pick a morning batch or afternoon batch for hybrid mode. You can visit the office any day of the week during their course period time.  Remaining days you can continue as an online Candidate.
A hybrid Candidate can convert a hybrid to online whenever they feel like changing. A Candidate can convert hybrid to offline in 15 days from the date of course access given.  Post the completion of 15 days duration the Candidate cannot convert from hybrid to offline. After the course completion, if they clear the eligibility criteria for placement assistance,  then they will enter into our 1 year placement assistance, where the Candidate gets on  boarded into the placement tool to apply for their desired jobs.

3. Enrollment and Payment

Enrollment in any training program is subject to availability and eligibility criteria set by Careerpedia Edutech Private Limited.
Candidates who are  interested in enrolling in a course offered by Careerpedia Edutech Private Limited, have to pass the  below eligibility criteria:
  1. Age should be above 20.
  2. Educational background may consist of a degree in any specialization.
  3. Any technical or professional experience can be accepted.
  4. Candidates need to pass our entrance test. If they fail to pass our test, they can take  the retest after a week.
  5. Any technical experience only relevant to the course taken can be considered.

i. Pricing

The prices of the Courses and other Services are informed to you, and may vary from time to time.
The price applicable to a course will be the price at the time you complete your purchase of the course (at checkout).

ii. Payment Process:

Payment for the training program must be made in full prior to the commencement of the course, unless otherwise agreed upon inwriting.
  1. Manual Payment: A Candidate can go for a manual payment i.e, can pay the full amount at a once or installment basis.
  2. Loan Process: A Candidate has to pay a one-month EMI amount of their course fee as  the nominal amount to start the course, later on once the loan is approved, he/she  has to pay the remaining amount on installments either 12 Months or 18 Months.

iii. Deadlines for the Payment:

  1. A Candidate going through manual payment has to pay the half amount from the 5days of  joining date and full amount from one month of joining date.
  2. A Candidate going through a loan process has to apply for loan and loan disbursement has to  be done from the 10 days of joining.
  3. All fees paid are non-refundable, except as provided for in our refund policy.

4. Support

Careerpedia Edutech Private Limited offers online support tools. Registered Candidates can reach us on our Priority helpline number available on their dashboard. You can also contact our support team by emailing us atsupport@careerpedia.co. Careerpedia Edutech Private Limited shall use commercially reasonable efforts to respond to your request for support, or to fix any problems you may be having, as is applicable. Any suggestions by Careerpedia Edutech Private Limited to you regarding use of the Platform shall not be construed as a warranty.

5. Refund Policy and Withdrawal

A Candidate has a chance to withdraw their registration within 5 days from the joining date, post 5 days refund cannot be accepted.

Other Points to be Consider for Refund:

a. Pre-Booking:

Careerpedia Edutech Private Limited provides a 100% refund for our upskilling courses if the request is raised within 5 days i.e., during their Demo Duration. Post 5 days, paid fees cannot be refundable under any circumstances.
To claim a “6th day no question asked” refund, kindly follow the below procedure:
  • Drop an email to: support@careerpedia.co withthe subject Line “course refund” Candidate Registered email ID should be mentioned over the email.
  • Ensure that the email is received within 5 days of the LMS access.
  • Give a valid reason for the refund. (for our internal purpose only)
  • Invalid reasons for Refund: Got Job, Not Interested, Moving to Another County, Health Issues & Family for these reasons fees cannot be refundable.
  • Refund will be processed within 7 working days from receiving the refund email.

b. One-Shot/Partial Payment:

Careerpedia Edutech Private Limited provides a 100% refund for our upskilling courses if the request is raised within 5 days i.e., during their Full Course Duration. Post 5 days, paid fees cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

To claim a “6th day no question asked” refund, kindly follow the below procedure:

  • Drop an email to: support@careerpedia.co with the subject “course refund” Candidate Registered email ID should be mentioned over the email.
  • Ensure that the email is received within 5 days of the LMS access.
  • Give a valid reason for the refund. (for our internal purpose only)
  • Invalid reasons for Refund: Got Job, Not Interested, Moving to Another Country, Health Issues & Family Issues for these reasons fees cannot be refundable.
  • Refund will be processed within 7 working days from receiving the refund email.
  • If a Candidate has a valid reason apart from above mentioned and had consumed only the first 1 hour lectures of the course 50% of the paid fees can be refunded.
  • Refund will be processed within 7 working days from receiving the refund email.

c. Paid via loan:

Careerpedia Edutech Private Limited provides a 100% refund or Loan Cancellation if the request is raised within 5 days. i.e., during their Full Course Duration. Post 5 days, paid fees cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

To claim “6th day no question asked” refund, kindly follow the below procedure:

  • Drop an email to: support@careerpedia.co with the subject “Loan cancellation” Candidate Registered email ID should be mentioned over the email.
  • Ensure that the email is received within 5 days of the LMS access.
  • Refund amount calculation: Candidates will get a 100%refund if they raise a request within the first 5 days of the course duration. For example: If the start date of the course is 15 July, then they should raise the request by 20th July by 11:59 PM IST. Post that won't be eligible to claim the refund.
  • Got Job, not interested, moving to another country, health issues &  family problems for these reasons the loan is not cancelled/refunded.
  • If a Candidate has a valid reason apart from the above mentioned, and have consumed only the first 1 hour lectures of the course 50% of the amount will be refunded to the Candidate's personal account and Loan cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
  • In case if a Candidate had consumed more than 1 hour of lectures of the course, Prorated 30% of the amount  will be refunded to the Candidate's personal account and Loan cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

d. In case Candidate Eligible for loan Cancellation:

  • The down payment refund will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the refund email.
  • Loan cancellation will be done within 25 working days of receiving the Cancellation email.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, minus any applicable administrative fees.

6. Course Pause, Extension of the Course and Mode of Learning Conversion

  • Course cannot be paused for any reason. Only if it is a serious health condition, can it be considered by the management. But the approval cannot be guaranteed.
  • In case any Student want to extend the duration of the course beyond the initially agreed upon timeframe, both parties agree to negotiate the terms and conditions of the extension, including additional fees of Rs. 30,000/- is limited to only one month, revised schedule, and updated curriculum.
  • No student is allowed after the expiration of their batch timings in the office premises. This has to be strictly followed by all offline and hybrid mode students.
  • Mode of learning cannot be changed frequently. Only offline Candidates can change from offline to online or hybrid mode. But hybrid or online Candidates to offline can be done on availability of the seat in the office.
  • Batch change can be done on the availability of the seats. But it cannot be done frequently. Candidates have to decide all things in the cooling period. After that, no changes cannot be guaranteed.

7. Attendance and Participation

Candidates are expected to maintain a professional and respectful behavior in the  office premises.
  • Candidates are expected to attend all classes and actively participate in the training program.
  • Candidates need to attend all the interviews conducted by the company.
  • Candidates need to finish up their daily schedules as per the course calendar.
We expect Candidates to be disciplined and committed towards the course  throughout their journey. The Organization  reserves the right to dismiss any Candidate who fails to meet attendance or participation requirements without refund.

8. Code of Conduct:

Candidates are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times during the training program.
Plagiarism and cheating include, but are not limited to, submitting someone else’s  work as one’s own, unauthorized collaboration, and using external aids without  permission.
Anti - plagiarism tools are used to detect and deter plagiarism. Participants will  be informed of the use of such tools in advance.
Consequences for plagiarism and cheating include academic penalties, failure in  the assessment, or disqualification from the interview process. Severe violations  may be reported to relevant academic or professional bodies.
Professional behavior is expected during interviews. Candidates should provide  their skills and experiences truthfully. Information provided in the resumes or  during interviews must be truthful. False information may result in  disqualification from the selection process.
The organization reserves the right to conduct reference checks to verify the  accuracy of information provided by candidates.
Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior or misconduct, will not be tolerated and may result in immediate dismissal from the program without refund.
Careerpedia Edutech Private Limited reserves the right to take appropriate action, including termination of  enrollment, in cases of repeated or severe violations of the code of conduct.

9. Intellectual Property:

  • a. Ownership of course materials: All course materials, including but not limited to curriculum, lesson plans, instructional content, assessments, and multimedia resources, provided by Careerpedia Edutech Private Limited are the exclusive intellectual property of the company. Users acknowledge that they do not acquire any ownership rights to the course materials and agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written consent from Careerpedia Edutech Private Limited.
  • b. Trademarks: The trademarks, service marks, logos, and trade names associated  with the Careerpedia Edutech Private Limited are the property of the Company. Users are prohibited from  using, reproducing, or displaying these trademarks without the prior written  consent of Careerpedia Edutech Private Limited.
  • c. Proprietary Information: Careerpedia Edutech Private Limited may share proprietary information with  users during the course of educational services, including but not limited to trade  secrets, business processes, and technology. Users agree to maintain the confidentiality of such proprietary information and  refrain from disclosing, reproducing, or using it for any purpose other than the intended educational activities.
  • d. Limitations on use of educational content: Users are granted a limited, non exclusive, non transferable license to access and use the course materials solely  for personal educational purposes.

  • Reproduction, distribution, or use of course materials for commercial purposes, outside the scope of the educational program, is strictly prohibited without the  prior written consent of Careerpedia Edutech Private Limited.
  • Users may not modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, or create derivative  works based on the course materials without explicit permission.
  • e. User Generated Content: Users may generate content during the educational  program (e.g., projects, assignments). By submitting such content, users grant Careerpedia Edutech Private Limited a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute the content for educational and promotional purposes.
  • f. Enforcement: Careerpedia Edutech Private Limited reserves the right to enforce its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Candidates may use training materials solely for their personal educational purposes and may not share, sell, or distribute them to any third party.
Users found to be in violation of this intellectual property policy may be subject to legal action and/or termination of access to educational services.

10. Testimonial Utilization and Consent:

By enrolling in our training programs, you acknowledge and agree that Careerpedia Edutech Private Limited may utilize your testimonial, wherein you express your satisfaction with our training services and disclose any subsequent job placements obtained through other sources. You grant Careerpedia Edutech Private Limited the irrevocable right to use, reproduce, distribute, and publicly display your testimonial for promotional and marketing purposes, without any compensation or further consent required. This includes, but is not limited to, publication on our website, advertising social media platforms, marketing materials, and third-party promotional channels. You also agree that Careerpedia Edutech Private Limited may edit or modify your testimonial for clarity, length, or format, while ensuring that the original message remains intact. This includes the use of the student's name, photograph, and basic placement details such as the name of the company and position obtained and offer letter. Your testimonial may be shared with potential students, partners, or other stakeholders to demonstrate the effectiveness of our training programs and the success stories of our alumni.

11. Reviews and Feedback:

You agree that we may contact you through email or any other electronic means of communication for the purpose of:
  • Obtaining feedback in relation to the Careerpedia Edutech Private Limited Services; and/or
  • Resolving any complaints, information, or queries received from you regarding the same.
Any feedback provided by you may be used by Careerpedia Edutech Private Limited without any restriction or obligation to compensate you, and we are under no obligation to keep such feedback confidential.
Feedbacks are taken from the Candidates on a regular basis. A Candidate can raise a complaint by the services provided by the company to support@careerpedia.co

You can raise your complaints by following these methods:

i) Draft a mail to support@careerpedia.co
ii) Contact your respective relationship manager.
  • Once you draft a mail about your concerns regarding finance, services by the company, technical issues or any other issues, the action will be taken immediately.
  • Relationship manager will go through your mail, and understands your concerns and will take up the issue to the concerned person and will make it resolved in the next 2 to 3 working days. If not, you can revert back through mail after 3 working days.
  • We request the Candidates to give feedback in detail regularly, so that management will understand the concerns, and will solve them on a priority basis. This will enhance your learning experience with us.

12. Certification:

You will be awarded a certificate of successful completion of a particular course, upon fulfilling the criteria and requirements of Careerpedia Edutech Private Limited, which Careerpedia Edutech Private Limited may update from time to time. The decision to award any such Certificate or other acknowledgement of successful completion of a Course, would be solely at Careerpedia Edutech Private Limited’s discretion. Careerpedia Edutech Private Limited may decide at its sole discretion whether to provide a record concerning a Customer’s performance in a Course. The format of any certificate, credential or other acknowledgement, and of any performance, provided by Careerpedia Edutech Private Limited relating to a course will be determined by Careerpedia Edutech Private Limited at its sole discretion and may vary as per the Program.
  • Careerpedia certification: will be given only to the Candidates who have completed  all the problem statements, assessments during the course.
  • Project Experience Letter: will be given only to the Candidates who executed the  final project and successfully demonstrated it in a live setting.
  • By participating in the Program, you acknowledge and agree that the issuance of any Careerpedia certificate is contingent upon your successful selection into the hiring pool of Careerpedia. Only students who have been officially selected into the Careerpedia hiring pool will be eligible to receive a Careerpedia certificate. The selection process into the Careerpedia hiring pool is at the sole discretion of Careerpedia and is subject to their terms and conditions.

13. Indemnification:

You shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Careerpedia Edutech Private Limited, its affiliates, subsidiaries and each of its, and its affiliates’ and subsidiaries’ employees, contractors, directors, suppliers and representatives from all liabilities, losses, claims, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, that arise from or relate to
  • your use or misuse of, or access to, the Careerpedia Edutech Private Limited Services;
  • your violation of the Terms and Conditions or any applicable law;
  • your violation of any rights of a third party in relation to the usage of the Services. We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will assist and cooperate with us in connection therewith.

14. Limitation of Liability:

Careerpedia Edutech Private Limited is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of business.
In no event shall Careerpedia Edutech Private Limited's total liability exceed the amount paid by the Candidate for the training program.
a) Service Disruptions:  Careerpedia Edutech Private Limited strives to provide     uninterrupted access to its  educational services.  However, the company shall not be liable for any service  disruptions, including but not limited to server downtime,     technical issues, or  maintenance activities.
  • In the event of service disruptions, Careerpedia Edutech Private Limited will make reasonable efforts to  restore services promptly, but shall not be held responsible for any resulting  inconvenience or loss.
b) Data Loss:  Careerpedia Edutech Private Limited implements industry - standard measures to safeguard  user data. However, the company shall not be liable for any loss, corruption, or  unauthorized access to user data, including but not limited to personal information and educational progress data.
  • Users are encouraged to regularly back up their data and report any concerns regarding data security to Careerpedia Edutech Private Limited.
c) Unforeseen Events: Careerpedia Edutech Private Limited shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these terms and conditions due to circumstances   beyond its reasonable control. Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to, acts of nature, government regulations, pandemics, or other force majeure events.
  • In the event of unforeseen events, Careerpedia Edutech Private Limited will make reasonable efforts to  minimize disruptions and fulfill its obligations as soon as practicable.

d) Consequential Damages: To the extent permitted by law, Careerpedia Edutech Private Limited shall not be  liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages,  including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data, arising from the use or inability to use our educational services.
e) User Responsibilities: Users acknowledge and agree that the limitations of liability  specified in this clause are reasonable, given the nature of the educational  services provided, and that they will not hold Careerpedia Edutech Private Limited responsible for any  damages beyond these limitations.
f) Exceptions: Nothing in this limitation of liability clause is intended to exclude or  limit the liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

15. Termination of Services:

Careerpedia Edutech Private Limited reserves the right to suspend or terminate  services to any Candidate who violates these terms and conditions or engages in conduct detrimental to the training center with or without notice and to exercise any other remedy available under law, in cases where:
  • you are in breach of any terms and conditions of this terms and conditions.
  • Careerpedia Edutech Private Limited is unable to verify or authenticate any information provided to Careerpedia Edutech Private Limited by you; or
  • Careerpedia Edutech Private Limited has reasonable grounds for suspecting any illegal, fraudulent or abusive activity on your part.
Once temporarily suspended, indefinitely suspended or terminated, Careerpedia Edutech Private Limited may destroy and/or delete all the data and other information related to your account as per its discretion. All provisions of the Terms and conditions, which by their nature should survive termination, shall survive termination, including without limitation, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability. Termination of services may result in the forfeiture of fees paid, without refund.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:

  • Users with concerns or disputes are encouraged to contact Careerpedia Edutech Private Limited as the first step.
  • Users should provide a clear description of the issue, relevant details, and any supporting documentation when contacting Careerpedia Edutech Private Limited.
  • These dispute resolution procedures and the rights and obligations of the parties shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Telangana, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Telangana.

17. Grievances:

Grievance Redressal Mechanisms:

Careerpedia Edutech Private Limited is committed to addressing and resolving disputes promptly and fairly. The  grievance redressal process includes the following steps:
a) Informal Resolution: Careerpedia Edutech Private Limited will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes  amicably through informal discussions and negotiations.
b) Formal Complaint: If the dispute remains unresolved, users may submit a formal written complaint to Careerpedia Edutech Private Limited. The complaint should include a detailed  description of the issue and any supporting evidence.
c) Investigation: Careerpedia Edutech Private Limited will conduct a thorough and impartial investigation into the complaint. The company may request additional information from the user and provide updates on the progress of the investigation.
d) Resolution: Careerpedia Edutech Private Limited will communicate the resolution of the dispute to the user. The resolution may include corrective actions, refunds, or other appropriate measures.
e) Arbitration: If the dispute doesn’t get resolved by the above method, then the  parties go for arbitration, with a mutually agreed arbitrator, venue of arbitration to be Hyderabad and proceedings shall be in accordance with the Arbitration and conciliation act, 1996.

18. Miscellaneous:

  • If any provision of the Terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms and conditions will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
  • Any failure by Careerpedia Edutech Private Limited to enforce any right or failure to act with respect to any breach by you under the Terms and conditions shall not be construed as, or constitute, a continuing waiver of such provision, or a waiver of any other breach of or failure to comply with any other provision of the Terms and conditions, unless any such waiver has been consented to by us in writing.
  • These Terms and conditions is personal to you and is not assignable or     transferable by you except with Careerpedia Edutech Private Limited’s prior written consent. Careerpedia Edutech Private Limited may assign, transfer or delegate any of its rights and obligations hereunder without your consent.
  • No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship is created as a result of the Terms and conditions and neither party has any authority of any kind to bind the other in any respect in relation to any third party.
  • All notices under the Terms and conditions will be in writing and will be deemed to have been duly given when received, if personally delivered or sent by certified or registered mail, return receipt requested; when receipt is electronically confirmed,     if transmitted by facsimile or e-mail; or two days after it is sent, if sent for next day delivery by recognized overnight delivery service. Any notice to be provided to the Company should be sent to support@careerpedia.co
  • Careerpedia Edutech Private Limited shall not be liable for failure to perform, or the delay in performance of, any of its obligations if, and to the extent that, such failure or delay is caused by events substantially beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, acts of the public enemy or governmental body in its sovereign or contractual capacity, war, terrorism, floods, fire, strikes, pandemics, epidemics, civil unrest or riots, power outage, and/or unusually severe weather.

  • The cancellation option is not available after a program has been purchased, and refund requests must be made in accordance with the refund policy.
  • The Company provides these Terms so that You are aware of the terms that apply to your use of the Website/Application and Services. By enrolling in our training courses, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
  • These Terms, and any rights and licenses granted hereunder, may not be transferred or assigned by you, but may be assigned by the Company without restriction.
