Refund Policy

Pre-booking:

Careerpedia provides a 100% refund for our upskilling courses if the request is raised within 5 days i.e., during their Demo Duration. Post 5 days, paid fees cannot be refundable under any circumstances.
To claim a “6th day no question asked” refund, kindly follow the below procedure:
  • Drop an email to: support@careerpedia.co with the subject Line “course refund” Student Registered email ID should be mentioned over the email.
  • Ensure that the email is received within 5 days of the LMS access.
  • Give a valid reason for the refund. (for our internal purpose only)
  • Invalid reasons for Refund: Got Job, Not Interested, Moving to Another County, Health Issues & Family for these reasons fees cannot be refundable.
  • Refund will be processed within 7 working days from receiving the refund email.

One-shot/Partial payment:

Paid via a loan:

Careerpedia provides a 100% refund or Loan Cancellation if the request is raised within 5 days. i.e., during their Full Course Duration. Post 5 days, paid  fees cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
To claim “6th day no question asked” refund, kindly follow the below procedure:
  • Drop an email to: support@careerpedia.co with the subject “Loan cancellation” Student Registered email ID should be mentioned over the email.
  • Ensure that the email is received within 5 days of the LMS access.
  • Refund amount calculation: Students will get a 100%refund if they raise a request within the first 5 days of the course duration. For example: If the start date of the course is 15 July, then they should raise the request by 20th July by 11:59 PM IST. Post that won't be eligible to claim the refund.
  • Got Job, not interested, moving to another county, health issues &  family problems for these reasons loan is not canceled/refunded.

In case Student Eligible for loan Cancellation:

  • The down payment refund will be processed within7 working days of receiving the refund email.
  • Loan cancellation will be done within 25 working days of receiving the Cancellation email.

Foreclose the Loan:

  • If the Candidate still wishes to foreclose the Loan, then they shall complete the formalities on their own by paying foreclosure charges and other dues to Loan Providers. The Company shall neither facilitate nor be responsible for Loan closure in any manner in such cases.
  • In this case Loan foreclosure amount Pay in the manner calculated below
Disbursed Amount + Loan closure charges - EMI paid (if any)

Other Points to be Consider for Refund:

  • If students selected for Offline Mode fail to drop a cancellation mail within the window Period of 5 days, a seat cost of 10000+gst will be charged monthly.
  • Changing the course is possible within the accessing Demo Course. However, it is not possible after making full payment, after the loan is disbursed, or after full access to the course and a refund is not initiated.
  • The loan tenure, monthly EMI, and completing KYC are solely handled by the customer. Once the loan is approved, the loan partner and the customer are responsible for any changes in the EMI plan or loan tenure. The institute does not get involved in these modifications.
  • Changing the Mode of Learning from online to offline is possible during the accessing of the Demo Course. However, once full access to the course is obtained, it is not possible to switch. In emergency cases, a fee of 30000/- will be charged for changing the course.
  • Only mail communication to support@careerpedia.co is accepted for refund. Chat, message or phone call conversations are not accepted and considered for a refund policy
