By enrolling at Careerpedia, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

RESPONSIBILITY OF TRAINING INSTITUTE

Depending on the student's pace of learning and operational efficiency Hybrid model is created with recorded videos, however whenever the student is stuck wit the doubt One to one live mentoring is provided.
  1. Provide comprehensive training on the specified subject matter.
  2. Assign qualified instructors to conduct training sessions.
  3. Make necessary arrangements for practical training (if applicable).
  4. Issue relevant course materials and resources.
  5. Award a completion certificate upon successful fulfilment of the training program requirements.

RESPONSIBILITY OF STUDENT

  1. Attend all training sessions punctually and diligently
  2. Abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the training institute.
  3. Complete any assignments or projects as assigned by the instructors.
  4. Respect the trainers, staff, and fellow students at the institute.
  5. Comply with the institute's code of conduct and maintain a positive learning environment.

RESCHEDULING

Rescheduling of the course start date is permitted only if the candidate has made an advance payment and requests to begin the course at a later date. The rescheduling request is subject to availability and approval by Careerpedia.

ATTENDANCE AND TIMINGS

  1. Students attending the offline course are required to be present at the office premises from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm.
  2. Regular attendance is mandatory, and students are expected to attend all classes and activities without fail.

CODE OF CONDUCT

  1. Students are expected to maintain a professional and respectful behavior while present in the office premises.
  2. Any form of disruptive or inappropriate behavior, including harassment, discrimination, or misconduct, will not be tolerated.
  3. Careerpedia reserves the right to take appropriate action, including termination of enrolment, in cases of repeated or severe violations of the code of conduct.

CERTIFICATE ISSUANCE AND COMPLETION CRITERIA

The certificate will be issued upon successful completion of the course, taking intoconsideration the quality of work and adherence to the program's standards.
By enrolling in our programs, students grant Careerpedia permission to utilize their transformation stories for marketing and promotional activities.

STUDENT LIABILITY

Students are responsible for their actions and behaviors, and any misconduct or actions against the company's policies may result in legal consequences.

CONFLICT OF INTEREST

During the term of the training, the student will not, directly or indirectly, engage or participate in any activity that determines to be in conflict with the best interests of the institute.

CONFIDENTIALITY

  1. The Student acknowledges that, in the course of performing and fulfilling his duties hereunder, he may have access to and be entrusted with confidential information.
  2. The institute owns any intellectual property created by the institute during the course of the training, or in relation to a certain field, and he shall thereon have all the necessary rights to retain it.
  3. Access to the course portal and videos is exclusively for enrolled students.
  4. Students are strictly prohibited from sharing the course videos, materials, or anyconfidential information with others, including non-enrolled individuals or third parties.

TERMINATION OF TRAINING

Termination may occur under the following circumstances:
  • Non-Compliance with Academic Standards.
  • Persistent Behavioral Issues.
  • Non-Payment of Tuition or Fees.
  • Academic Dishonesty.
  • Failure to Complete Mandatory Requirements.
