Student Terms and Conditions:

Welcome to Careerpedia, an Edutech Company specializing in software skills training and career development services. By utilizing our services, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions:

1. Onboarding:

Tools (Inclusions & To secure a seat, a student must make a payment of 8000/- and select a loan option or pay manually within a week. Exclusions):
If opting for a loan, the student may avail onboarding services upon loan disbursement by the bank. For manual payments, a minimum of 50% must be paid within 10 days of booking for onboarding services. The remaining amount is due within 15 days.
During onboarding, students familiarize themselves with Careerpedia's journey, interact with mentors and relationship managers, and clarify any queries.

Expectations in Onboarding Sessions:

2. Training Model

We offer three learning modes: Offline, Online, and Hybrid. Offline sessions commence every Monday and Thursday, with mentorship provided at our premises. Online sessions start every Wednesday, with students expected to adhere to daily schedules and utilize community groups for queries.
Hybrid sessions commence every Monday and Thursday, allowing flexibility for office visits while primarily pursuing courses online.
Students may switch between modes within specific time frames.
Tools (Inclusions & Exclusions):
Free tools provided during courses include Figma, Miro, Google Sheets for UI/UX, VS Code for Development, and various tools for Testing, Data Analytics, and Data Science. Paid tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for UI/UX are not covered in the course fees and must be acquired independently.

3. Service Description:

Our student program comprises three stages: Course Completion, Live Projects, and Placement Assistance. Course durations vary based on the chosen program. The same shall be shared with the candidate once onboarded.

4. Eligibility and Enrollment:

Students must meet certain criteria, including age, educational background, and passing entrance tests, to enroll in our courses. If they don’t meet the same, they shall be disqualified/not admitted.

5. Fees and Payments:

Fee structures vary for different programs and modes of payment, including manual payment and loan processes. Refund policies apply within specific time frames as detailed in the agreement of onboarding.

6. Course Access and Availability:

Access to course materials is granted after full payment, with specific durations outlined for course completion and project submissions.

7. User Responsibilities:

Users are expected to adhere to a code of conduct, commit to the course, maintain academic integrity, and truthfully represent themselves during interviews.

8. Privacy Policies:

We prioritize the privacy and security of user information and utilize industry-standard security measures. Any violations/breaches to the same shall attract civil and criminal provisions.

9. Intellectual Property:

Course materials, trademarks, and proprietary information are the exclusive property of Careerpedia. Users are prohibited from unauthorized use or reproduction.

10. Limitation of Liability

Careerpedia is not liable for service disruptions, data loss, unforeseen events, or consequential damages beyond specific limitations.

11. Dispute Resolution:

Users are encouraged to resolve disputes informally, followed by a formal complaint process. Disputes are governed by the laws of Telangana.

12. Amendments and Termination:

Careerpedia reserves the right to amend terms and conditions, with user consent implied through continued use. Users may terminate their accounts, and Careerpedia may terminate access for violations.

13. User Feedback and Complaints:

Users can provide feedback and raise complaints through specified channels, with prompt resolution assured. The details of the same will be available in the Agreement of Onboarding.

14. Technology Requirements:

Specific device specifications and software requirements are necessary for course participation. The same shall be shared with the candidate after onboarding.

15. Certification Criteria:

Criteria for Careerpedia certification and project experience letters are outlined based on course completion and project execution. Certificates shall be provided on successful completion of the course.

16. Contact Information:

Contact details for inquiries and support are provided for user convenience, the same can be accesses on “Contact us” page of the company website.

17. Placement Assistance:

Eligibility criteria and terms for placement assistance, including job application processes, are detailed. The same shall be disclosed after the onboarding process and is to be adhered by the candidate.

18. Recession:

Job availability is subject to market conditions, and Careerpedia assumes no responsibility during periods of recession.

19. Course Pause and Mode of Learning Conversion:

Course pause and mode conversion requests are subject to management approval and specific conditions.

20. Terms Related to Course Resources:

Access to recorded videos and live mentoring details are provided, emphasizing user responsibilities.

21. Placement Rights:

Any Candidate or Student who gets placement during the training process at Careerpedia or after completion of the Course at Careerpedia, Organization has complete rides to claim on student placement along with the Profile Marketing.
